Please note any charges listed below are the MAXIMUM fees that will be applied unless stated otherwise.

Regulatory Protections, Fees and Charges

Holding Deposit	max one week's rent
First months rent	in advance
Tenancy Deposit	4 to 6 weeks depending upon the rental amount
Redress Scheme / Client Money Protection / Deposit Scheme	Property Ombudsman TO2693 / Client Money Protect CMP008111 / My Deposits m00644181
Early termination (requested by Tenant)	£30 plus a charge not exceeding the financial loss experienced by the landlord
Late Rent	interest charged at 3% above Bank of England base rate when rent is more than 14 days late
Lost key (or security device)	equivalent to cost incurred
Changing tenancy documents (after commencement of tenancy)	£50 inc VAT (England only)
Change of sharer (at tenants request)	£50 inc VAT (England only)

The Initial Money will be confirmed and must be paid by bank transfer. In exceptional circumstances we can accept cash for initial payments only.
So You Property is a trading name of IJ2P Ltd and is a member of and covered by the Client Money Protect Client Money Protection Scheme.
S0 You Property is also a member of a redress scheme provided by The Property Ombudsman . Copies of the TPO Code of Practice and our complaint handling procedure are available from any of our office.

Please note that lettings agents are required by law to publish on their websites information for potential tenants about relevant fees, redress schemes and client money protection schemes (including the names of those schemes).
